A snack with a unique taste. You found it!! Spoothie Apple & Cinnamon is a healthy snack that combines authentic flavours and excellent nutritional value. Our aim is to use our buckwheat by-product and at the same time offer you a more environmentally friendly snack option.

14% real apple and a touch of cinnamon

Apples are an incredibly nutritious fruit that offers multiple health benefits. They contain plenty of vitamin C, but also vitamins B1, B2, B6 and vitamin E. In addition, the combination of cinnamon and apple is very traditional in Finnish baking delicacies. We make sure that the same traditional taste and good nutritional values are also in Spoothie! Apple & Cinnamon Spoothie contains a whopping 14% of real apple. Compared to other plant-based snacks, Spoothie has the most real berry or fruit content. It also has more fiber and protein yet less sugar.

Fermented buckwheat-based snack

Buckwheat is a naturally gluten-free plant that requires little from its environment to grow, but it gives back a lot. Buckwheat milling process creates a by-product that we now use to manufacture Spoothie Apple & Cinnamon!

During tasting, Spoothie surprised many participants. The characteristic taste of buckwheat is mild and gives space for the apple and cinnamon flavours to shine.

an award-winning and beloved snack

In June 2022, we traveled to Barcelona to the Free From Expo to introduce Spoothie to the world for the first time. What a rewarding trip it was – literally! Spoothie won the Product of the Year award at the exhibition. It shows that we are not the only ones to whom sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions are important – and all this without sacrificing on taste!
